Article 3 Right of several fishery

(1)

There is hereby conferred on the Committee for a period of 30 years the right of several fishery for the prescribed species with respect to such parts of the fishery as the Committee shall from time to time, with the consent of the Minister, determine.

(2)

The right of several fishery hereby conferred shall not be exercised by the Committee in its corporate capacity.
