  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Waste Management Licensing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 (the 2003 Regulations).\nRegulation 3 amends paragraphs 12, 15, 19, 27 and 45 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the 2003 Regulations.\nRegulation 3(4) revokes paragraph 17 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the 2003 Regulations.\nRegulation 3(5) revokes paragraph 18 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the 2003 Regulations.",
