# The Waste Management Licensing (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations amend the Waste Management Licensing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 (the 2003 Regulations).
Regulation 3 amends paragraphs 12, 15, 19, 27 and 45 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the 2003 Regulations.
Regulation 3(4) revokes paragraph 17 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the 2003 Regulations.
Regulation 3(5) revokes paragraph 18 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the 2003 Regulations.
