# The Waste Management Licensing (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2003, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Waste Management Licensing (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2003 and come into force on 1st April 2003.
(2) These Regulations apply to Wales.
