# The Waste Management Licensing (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2004, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Waste Management Licensing (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2004 and come into force on 31 January 2004.
(2) These Regulations apply to Wales.
