# The Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994, Regulation 12: Mobile plant


An incinerator which is an exempt incinerator for the purposes of Section 5.1 of Schedule 1 to the 1991 Regulations and which is designed to be moved on roads or other land, but no other plant, shall be treated as being mobile plant for the purposes of Part II of the 1990 Act.
