Where the proposed transferee is a registered company or other body corporate—
(a)
its name and, in the case of a registered company, its registered number;
(b)
the address, telephone, fax and telex number (if any) of its registered or principal office;
(c)
the full name, position, address and date of birth of each director, manager, secretary or other similar officer of the proposed transferee.
