# The Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994, Paragraph 1


(1) The use, under an authorisation granted under Part I of the 1990 Act, of waste glass as part of a process within Part B of Section 3.5 (glass manufacture and production) of Schedule 1 to the 1991 Regulations if the total quantity of waste glass so used in that process does not exceed 600,000 tonnes in any period of twelve months.
(2) The storage, at the place where the process is carried on, of any such waste which is intended to be so used.
