  "heading": "Cessation of registration",
  "text": "Where by virtue of paragraph 6(11) or 7 a registration ceases to have effect, the waste regulation authority—\n(a) shall record this fact in the appropriate entry in its register and the date on which it occurred;\n(b) may remove the appropriate entry from its register at any time more than six years after the registration ceases to have effect.",
