  "text": "In these Regulations–\n“permit” shall have the same meaning as it has for the purposes of regulation 7 of the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000;\n“waste management licence” shall have the same meaning as it has for the purposes of section 35(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990; and\n“the 1994 Regulations” means the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994.",
