# The Waste (Wales) Measure 2010 (Commencement) Order 2011

WASTE, WALES
Made 22 February 2011
The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 21(1) of the Waste (Wales) Measure 2010, make the following Order:

## 1 Title, application and interpretation

(1) The title of this Order is the Waste (Wales) Measure 2010 (Commencement) Order 2011.
(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.
(3) In this Order—
“the Measure” (“y Mesur”) means the Waste (Wales) Measure 2010.

## 2 Appointed day

Section 3 of the Measure comes into force on 4 March 2011.

## Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into force, on 4 March 2011, section 3 of the Waste (Wales) Measure 2010 (“the Measure”).
The remaining provisions of the Measure came into force on 15 February 2011 by virtue of section 21(2) of the Measure.
