# The Waste (Wales) Measure 2010 (Commencement) Order 2011, Article 1: Title, application and interpretation


(1) The title of this Order is the Waste (Wales) Measure 2010 (Commencement) Order 2011.
(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.
(3) In this Order—
“the Measure” (“y Mesur”) means the Waste (Wales) Measure 2010.
