# The Waste (Wales) Measure 2010 (Commencement) Order 2011, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into force, on 4 March 2011, section 3 of the Waste (Wales) Measure 2010 (“the Measure”).
The remaining provisions of the Measure came into force on 15 February 2011 by virtue of section 21(2) of the Measure.
