  "text": "(1) Any statutory instrument containing an order or regulations made under this Measure is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.\n(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to–\n(a) an order under section 21(1);\n(b) orders and regulations to which subsection (3) applies.\n(3) A statutory instrument containing an order under section 3(4) or regulations under section 4, 5(1)(g), 6, 9, 9A or 14 (whether alone or with other provisions) may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the National Assembly for Wales.\n(4) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(5) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .",
