  "text": "(1) Any question of disputed compensation must be referred by the person who made the application for compensation in regulation 10 to the Upper Tribunal for determination.\n(2) The provisions of section 4 of the Land Compensation Act 1961 apply, subject to any necessary modifications, in relation to the determination of any such compensation.",
