# Water Act 1973, Section 37: Expenses.


There shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament—
(a) any expenses incurred by any Minister under this Act;
(b) any increase attributable to the provisions of this Act in the sums payable out of moneys so provided under any other enactment.
