  "text": "(1) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(2) In Schedule 13 to that Act (borrowing and lending by local authorities)—\n(a) in paragraph 1(a), for the words from “police” to “harbour” there shall be substituted the words “police or harbour”; and\n(b) in paragraph 13(2), for the words from “police” onwards there shall be substituted the words “police authority”.",
