  "text": "(1) Schedule 1 to the Interpretation Act 1978 (definitions of words and expressions) shall be amended as follows.\n(2) After the definition of “Secretary of State” there shall be inserted the following definition—\n““Sewerage undertaker”, in relation to England and Wales, shall be construed in accordance with section 11 of the Water Act 1989.”\n(3) For the definitions of “Water authority” and “water authority area” there shall be substituted the following definition—\n““Water undertaker”, in relation to England and Wales, shall be construed in accordance with section 11 of the Water Act 1989.”",
