  "text": "In section 42 of the Gas Act 1986 (general restrictions on disclosure of information)—\n(a) in subsection (2)(b), after the words “Director General of Fair Trading” there shall be inserted the words “the Director General of Water Services”; and\n(b) in subsection (3), after paragraph (k) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—\n“(l) the Water Act 1989.”",
