  "text": "In section 17(1) of the Requisitioned Land and War Works Act 1945 (publication of proposed orders relating to highways)—\n(a) in paragraph (b), after the word “water,” there shall be inserted the word “sewerage,”; and\n(b) after that paragraph there shall be inserted the following paragraph—\n“(bb) to be sent to the National Rivers Authority where the National Rivers Authority has any mains or pipes laid along, across, over or under any such highways as aforesaid; and”.",
