  "text": "In this Chapter—\n“debentures” includes debenture stock;\n“nominated holding company”, in relation to a successor company, means the company nominated under section 83(1) above as that successor company’s nominated holding company;\n“securities”, in relation to a company, includes shares, debentures, bonds and other securities of the company, whether or not constituting a charge on the assets of the company; and\n“shares” includes stock.",
