  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Water Act 2003 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2010.\n(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.\n(3) In this Order—\n“the Act” means the Water Act 2003; and\n“the 1991 Act” means the Water Industry Act 1991.",
