  "text": "Water Resources\nMade 30th October 2017\nThe Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 105(3) to (6) of the Water Act 2003 and after consulting the Welsh Ministers in accordance with section 105(5) and (6) of that Act.",
