# The Water Act 2003 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2008, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Water Act 2003 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2008.
(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.
(3) In this Order, “the 1991 Act” means the Water Industry Act 1991 and “the Act” means the Water Act 2003.
