# Water Act 2003, Paragraph 25


In section 9E of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 (interpretation for the purposes of sections 9A to 9D of that Act), in subsection (2), for paragraph (c) there is substituted—
“(c) the Water Services Regulation Authority;”.
