# Water Act 2003, Paragraph 34


In section 105 of the Utilities Act 2000 (general restrictions on disclosure of information)—
(a) in subsection (5), for paragraph (e) there is substituted—
“(e) the Water Services Regulation Authority;”,
(b) in subsection (6)(l), at the end there is inserted “ or the Water Act 2003 ”.
