  "text": "(1) The WIA is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 111 (restrictions on use of public sewers)—\n(a) in paragraph (b) of subsection (1), for “one hundred and ten degrees Fahrenheit” there is substituted “ forty-three degrees Celsius ”,\n(b) in subsection (5), for “seventy-three degrees Fahrenheit” there is substituted “ twenty-three degrees Celsius ”.\n(3) In section 213(1) (powers to make regulations), after “or 17D(8)” (which is inserted by paragraph 49(2) of Schedule 8) there is inserted “ or 105A ”.",
