  "text": "(1) Section 55 (supplies for non-domestic purposes) is amended as follows.\n(2) After subsection (1) there is inserted—\n“(1A) This section also applies where—\n(a) a water undertaker is requested to provide a supply of water to premises which are not in the undertaker’s area by the owner or occupier of the premises;\n(b) the premises are household premises (as defined in section 17C above) or the total quantity of water estimated to be supplied to the premises annually for the purposes of subsection (2) of section 17D above is less than the quantity specified in that subsection; and\n(c) paragraph (a) or (b) of subsection (1) above applies.”\n(3) In subsection (8), after “63” there is inserted “ and 63AB ”.",
