# Water Act 2003, Paragraph 29


In section 93A (duty to promote the efficient use of water), in the following provisions—
(a) subsection (1),
(b) subsection (2), and
(c) subsection (3),
after “undertaker” there is inserted “ or licensed water supplier ”.
