  "text": "In section 101A of the WIA (which imposes a duty on sewerage undertakers to provide sewers for certain premises whose drainage gives rise to adverse environmental effects), in subsection (2)—\n(a) in paragraph (a), the words from “each of which” to the end of the paragraph are omitted, and\n(b) in paragraph (c), “in respect of which the condition specified in paragraph (a) above is satisfied” is omitted.",
