# The Water Act 2014 (Consequential Amendments etc.) Order 2017, Article 13: Transport Act 2000

In paragraph 3(3) of Schedule 9 to the Transport Act 2000, after paragraph (rg) insert—
“(rh) the Water Act 2014;”.
