# The Water Act 2014 (Consequential Amendments etc.) Order 2017, Article 16: Civil Aviation Act 2012

In paragraph 4(3) of Schedule 6 to the Civil Aviation Act 2012, after the entry for the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 insert—
“Water Act 2014;”.
