  "text": "(1) Section 145 (interpretation of Chapter 2 of Part 6) is amended as follows.\n(2) In the definition of “chargeable land”, for “the area of a regional flood defence committee” there is substituted “ a flood risk management region ”.\n(3) At the appropriate place there is inserted—\n““flood risk management region” means the region of a Regional Flood and Coastal Committee, within the meaning of section 22 of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010;”.",
