  "text": "(1) Section 66A (use of water undertaker's supply system) (inserted by Schedule 2) is amended as follows.\n(2) Subsection (2) is repealed.\n(3) In subsection (5)—\n(a) in paragraph (a), the words “in the case of a request under subsection (1),” are repealed;\n(b) paragraph (b) is repealed.\n(4) In subsection (7)(a), the words “or (2)” are repealed.\n(5) In subsection (9)(c), the words “or a restricted retail authorisation” are repealed.",
