  "text": "(1) Section 66C (introduction of water provided by secondary undertaker) (inserted by Schedule 2) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), the words from “A request under paragraph (a)” to the end are repealed.\n(3) Subsections (2) to (4) are repealed.\n(4) In subsection (5), the words “by virtue of subsection (1), (2) or (4)” are repealed.\n(5) In subsection (6)(a), the words “, L2, L3 or R” are repealed.\n(6) In subsection (7), the words “, L2 or R” are repealed.\n(7) In subsection (9)(a), the words “, (2), (3) or (4)” are repealed.\n(8) In subsection (11), the words “, (2), (3) or (4)” are repealed.",
