  "text": "(1) Schedule 2A (water supply licences: authorisations) (inserted by Schedule 1) is amended as follows.\n(2) Paragraphs 1 and 2 are repealed.\n(3) Paragraphs 6 to 8 are repealed.\n(4) In paragraph 9, for “requirements in paragraphs 4 and 7 are” there is substituted “ requirement in paragraph 4 is ”.\n(5) In paragraph 10, for “paragraphs 4 and 7” there is substituted “ paragraph 4 ”.",
