# Water Act 2014, Paragraph 6

Status: prospective

In section 17B (guidance and interpretation) (as amended by section 2)—
(a) in subsection (4A), the words “, in the case of an undertaker whose area is wholly or mainly in England,” are repealed;
(b) subsections (5) to (8) are repealed.
