  "text": "(1) Section 162 (works in connection with metering) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1A)—\n(a) in paragraph (d), for “licensed water supplier” there is substituted “ water supply licensee ”;\n(b) after paragraph (d) there is inserted\n“, or\n(e) a sewerage licensee provides sewerage services in respect of those premises using the undertaker's sewerage system.”\n(3) In subsection (1B), for “section 17B(5)” there is substituted “ section 17B ”.\n(4) After subsection (1B) there is inserted—\n“(1C) In subsection (1A)(e) above, the reference to the sewerage system of a sewerage undertaker shall be construed in accordance with section 17BA.”",
