  "text": "(1) Section 174 (offences of interference with works etc) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1A)—\n(a) in the opening words, for “the licensed water supplier” there is substituted “ the water supply licensee ”;\n(b) in paragraph (a)(i)—\n(i) for “any licensed water supplier” there is substituted “ any water supply licensee ”;\n(ii) for “any such supplier” there is substituted “ any such licensee ”;\n(c) in paragraph (a)(ii)—\n(i) for “the supplier” there is substituted “ the licensee ”;\n(ii) for “its licence” there is substituted “ the licensee's licence ”.\n(3) In subsection (2)(b), for “licensed water supplier” there is substituted “ water supply licensee ”.\n(4) In subsection (2A)—\n(a) in paragraph (b), in the opening words, for “a licensed water supplier” there is substituted “ a water supply licensee ”;\n(b) in paragraph (b)(i), for “the supplier” there is substituted “ the licensee ”;\n(c) in paragraph (b)(ii), for “the supplier”, in both places, there is substituted “ the licensee ”;\n(d) in the words following paragraph (b), for “section 17B(5)” there is substituted “ section 17B ”.\n(5) In subsection (3A)—\n(a) in the opening words, for “the licensed water supplier” there is substituted “ the water supply licensee ”;\n(b) in paragraph (a)(i), for “a licensed water supplier” there is substituted “ a water supply licensee ”;\n(c) in paragraph (a)(ii)—\n(i) for “the supplier” there is substituted “ the licensee ”;\n(ii) for “its licence” there is substituted “ the licensee's licence ”;\n(d) in paragraph (b), for “a supplier”, in both places, there is substituted “ a licensee ”.\n(6) In subsection (5A)—\n(a) in paragraph (a), for “a licensed water supplier” there is substituted “ a water supply licensee ”;\n(b) in paragraph (b)—\n(i) for “the supplier” there is substituted “ the licensee ”;\n(ii) for “its licence” there is substituted “ the licensee's licence ”.\n(7) In subsection (8A)(b)—\n(a) for “a licensed water supplier” there is substituted “ a water supply licensee ”;\n(b) for “the supplier” there is substituted “ the licensee ”.",
