# Water Act 2014, Paragraph 129


(1) Section 168 (regulated markets) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (3)(ff), after “section 66D” there is inserted “ or 117E ”.
(3) In subsection (4)(ff), after “section 66D”, in both places, there is inserted “ or 117E ”.
