  "text": "In section 41 (interpretation of Part 1), in subsection (1)—\n(a) the definition of “licensed water supplier” is repealed;\n(b) at the appropriate place there is inserted—\n““sewerage licensee” means a person holding a sewerage licence under Chapter 1A of Part 2 of the Water Industry Act 1991;”;\n““water supply licensee” means a person holding a water supply licence under Chapter 1A of Part 2 of the Water Industry Act 1991.”",
