  "text": "(1) Section 52 (domestic supply duty) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (4A) (exclusion of certain premises), in paragraph (c), at the beginning, there is inserted “in the case of premises to be supplied using the supply system of a water undertaker whose area is wholly or mainly in Wales,”.",
