  "text": "(1) Section 63AB (supply by licensed water supplier: non-domestic supply) is amended as follows.\n(2) In the title, for “licensed water supplier” there is substituted “ water supply licensee ”.\n(3) In subsection (1), in the opening words, after “above” there is inserted “ or section 63AC(2) ”.\n(4) In subsection (1)(a), for “licensed water supplier” there is substituted “ water supply licensee ”.",
