# Water Act 2014, Paragraph 78


In section 90 (indemnities in respect of fluoridation), in subsection (2)—
(a) for “licensed water supplier” there is substituted “ water supply licensee ”;
(b) for “it”, in both places, there is substituted “ the licensee ”.
