  "text": "In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—\n“the Act” means the Water Act 1983 , and “paragraph 8” means paragraph 8 of Schedule 2 to the Act;\n“the 1978 Act” means the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978;\n“the compensation authority” has the meaning assigned to it by regulation 3 below;\n“the date of transfer” means 30th September 1983.",
