Regulation 4 Transfer of specified liabilities

On the date of transfer, the liabilities of the National Water Council relating to—

(a)

the payment of benefits or compensation in respect of early retirement or for loss of employment, and

(b)

redundancy payments within the meaning of the 1978 Act shall be transferred to the compensation authority and shall become liabilities of that authority.
