In paragraph 1(d) of Schedule 2 to the Land Charges Act 1972—

(a)

for the words “the Land Drainage Act 1976” there shall be substituted the words “ the Land Drainage Act 1991 ” (with a corresponding amendment of the Chapter number); and

(b)

for the words “Section 26(6)” there shall be substituted the words “ Section 34(2) ”.
