  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order establishes panels of individuals to be known as Water Customer Consultation Panels, pursuant to section 2(1) of the Water Industry (Scotland) Act 2002.\nCustomer Panels are established in respect of each of the areas named in Column 1 of the Schedule to the Order. Those areas comprise the areas described in the corresponding entry in Column 2 of the Schedule and each Panel will have, in addition to the Convener, the number of members specified in the corresponding entry in Column 3 of the Schedule.",
