  "text": "Any person who wilfully obstructs any person upon whom a right of entry has been conferred by virtue of—\n(a) any provision of this Act relating to a right of entry to which this Part of this Schedule applies; or\n(b) a warrant under this Part of this Schedule,\nshall be guilty of an offence and liable, on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding level 1 on the standard scale.",
