# The Water Industry (Charges) (Vulnerable Groups) (Amendment) Regulations 2000, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Water Industry (Charges) (Vulnerable Groups) Regulations 1999


(1) The Water Industry (Charges) (Vulnerable Groups) Regulations 1999 is amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (special provision to be included in charges schemes), in paragraph (2)–
(a) at the beginning of sub-paragraph (a) insert “the qualifying person ”; and
(b) at the beginning of sub-paragraph (b) insert “the qualifying person, or any dependent child of that person under the age of 16 who resides in the premises,”.
(3) In regulation 3 (assistance to be provided), in paragraph (1)(b) for “ year” substitute “period”.
